Please note: Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak we are not accepting walk in appointments. We ask that you schedule an appointment and that you wait outside or in your vehicle until we call you. Please make sure your phone is with you at all times so you will receive our call when it’s time for you to come in. If it is an emergency, please dial 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency department if you have chest pains, uncontrolled bleeding, poisoning, constant vomiting, serious breathing problems, or anything else you deem as life or limb threatening.

Online Check-In FAQs

Q. Is my reservation time a guarantee?

A. We will do our best to manage the patients schedule to keep time. Your patience is kindly requested.

Q. Can I use online check-in even if I don't have insurance? What about Medicare or Medicaid?

A. Online check-in is free for everyone, with or without insurance, Medicare or Medicaid.

Q. What if I check-in, and then start feeling a lot worse?

A. If you are feeling worse, do NOT wait for your check-in time. Go to the Emergency Department immediately. If you feel that your condition is ‘life threatening’, call 911 right away.

Q. When I arrive, will I see a doctor right away?

A. You will be seen by a healthcare professional who will evaluate your condition and decide on the best course of action for you. You may be seen by a nurse, nurse practitioner, physician or physician assistant. 

Q. I don't need Emergency or Urgent Care anymore. How do I cancel my reservation?

A. Call or text us at 952-479-0814 to notify us that you are canceling your online check-in reservation.

Q. I made a reservation, but now I cannot get there on time. Can I adjust my time?

A. Simply go online and make a new reservation. The system will automatically cancel your old one.
